1. Prepare only what you want to include
Collect representative photos, travel confirmations, relationship milestones, supporting PDFs and — if useful — a WhatsApp text export. You do not need to upload your entire digital life.
VisaBind does not tell you that a specific number of photos or messages guarantees approval. Immigration evidence is assessed in context.
2. Process sensitive files locally
The builder uses browser-side JavaScript libraries to read images, build pages and merge PDFs. Core evidence does not need to be sent to VisaBind servers just to make the document.
3. Check the preview
The free preview includes a watermark. Review names, dates, captions, page order and the relationship timeline before paying.
4. Unlock the clean download
When payment is configured, checkout opens through the payment provider. After a successful transaction is verified server-side, the clean PDF download is unlocked in the browser.
Important limits
- VisaBind is document-formatting software, not a law firm or immigration representative.
- It cannot determine whether your evidence is legally sufficient.
- Scanned images are not automatically interpreted as legal evidence.
- You are responsible for checking current filing rules and upload limits for your immigration authority.
