1. Service

VisaBind provides software for organizing user-selected material into a formatted PDF. It is not a law firm, immigration adviser, government service or filing portal.

2. No legal advice or outcome guarantee

Content and generated documents are for organization and presentation. VisaBind does not determine eligibility, legal sufficiency, admissibility or the likelihood of approval.

3. User responsibility

You are responsible for the accuracy, legality and relevance of material you include, for checking current official instructions, and for reviewing the final PDF before submission.

4. Prohibited use

You may not use VisaBind to fabricate evidence, impersonate another person, alter evidence deceptively, violate privacy rights, distribute malware or commit fraud.

5. Payment

The paid product is a one-time clean PDF unlock for the packet being built, unless the checkout page explicitly states otherwise. Taxes may be calculated by the payment provider where applicable.

6. Availability

Browser compatibility, third-party checkout services and hosting can affect availability. We may update the software, supported file types and limits.

7. Limitation

To the extent permitted by applicable law, VisaBind is not responsible for immigration decisions, missed deadlines, rejected uploads or losses caused by inaccurate user-provided information.
