VisaBind provides a free watermarked preview so customers can inspect the packet structure before purchasing the clean download.

Duplicate or technical charges

If you were charged more than once for the same purchase or payment succeeded but the product could not be unlocked, contact support@YOUR-DOMAIN.com with the transaction ID.

Digital delivery

Because the clean PDF is a digital product delivered immediately after successful payment verification, refund rights may vary by customer location and applicable law. This policy must not restrict any mandatory consumer rights.

Immigration outcomes

A visa refusal or request for further evidence is not by itself a product defect. VisaBind does not guarantee immigration outcomes.

Payment provider

If VisaBind uses a Merchant of Record, refunds may be processed through that provider and its required procedures.
