Privacy Policy

This policy describes the intended privacy behavior of the VisaBind website. Before launch, the site owner should review this text against the exact hosting, analytics and payment configuration used in production.

1. Evidence files

The core PDF builder is designed to process selected photos, PDFs and WhatsApp text exports inside your web browser. These evidence files are not intentionally uploaded to VisaBind's application server for document generation.

2. Browser session

Evidence selected in the builder is held in the active browser session. Closing or refreshing the page may clear the working packet.

3. Payment information

When payment is enabled, checkout is provided by a third-party payment provider. Card and billing information is handled by that provider under its own privacy terms. VisaBind receives transaction identifiers and limited transaction data needed to verify that the product was purchased.

4. Server logs

Your hosting provider may record ordinary technical logs such as IP address, browser information, requested URLs, timestamps and security events. Configure retention in line with your legal obligations.

5. Analytics

Analytics is disabled by default in the supplied site package. If the site owner enables analytics, this policy and any required consent mechanism must be updated for the jurisdictions targeted.

6. Support messages

If you email support@YOUR-DOMAIN.com, the information in your message is processed to answer your request. Do not send full immigration evidence unless specifically necessary.

7. Security

No web service can promise absolute security. Use HTTPS, keep cPanel/PHP updated, protect payment API secrets and restrict administrative access.

8. Your choices

You can use the free builder without creating an account. You choose which evidence files to include and can remove files before generating the PDF.
